In an Instant Book Giveaway

I am giving away my lightly used copy of the book In an Instant, by Lee and Bob Woodruff. It is a wonderful yet heartbreaking story of the family's journey through reporter Bob Woodruff's brain injury that he sustained while reporting on the war in Iraq. I absolutely loved this book, and had wanted to read it after seeing a TV program about Bob Woodruff and his traumatic injury.

I have been following his progress since the horrible incident happened and saw several of the specials he was on when his book came out. I look for him to do news features but he doesn't do them too often. They generally are about war related injuries when he does do them and his speech has really improved from the point of his book release until now. I'm glad to see his brain injuries continue to heal. Anyhow, I thought his story was incredibly moving and it touches my heart to see how steadfast and unwavering his wife's love and support have been. This is a wonderful giveaway. Thanks for offering it.

Great giveaway Mary!

I'm interested in reading that book because although I had heard about the story I don't actually know that much about it and would like to.

Thanks!

Hello, I remember this happening to the reporter like it was yesterday. If I remember correctly, another reporter was killed at the same time! It sounds like he and his wife have a strong marriage relationship. They have survived various tragedies in their life together. I would enjoy reading this intimate account of what they have been through together!
Please enter me in your drawing.
Thanks, Cindi

First of all I am addicted to books. I especially love books that make you feel good and appreciate that you are alive and for all you have in life. I'm just about finished reading "Tuesdays with Morrie" and it really had an impact on me. I have followed this couples tragic story for a while now and I would love to read how they kept it together through the bad times and how they got to where they are today. I would love thier story to inspire me too. Thanks!

I love that you are giving away a used copy......I love that spirit. I hate that everything has to be new new new.

I'm so into true stories these days, especially ones where people are forced to turn to faith and healing......always so inspiring. I can't wait to read it.
